SCHEDULE
4:30 pm Passengers arrive at Yocum Institute for the Arts, 3000 Penn Ave., West Lawn 19609
4:45 pm Departure from Yocum
6:20 pm Arrival at the Kimmel Center
7:00 pm Concert begins
8:30 pm Bus pick-up outside Kimmel Center
10:10 or so Arrival back at Yocum Institute
GUIDELINES
RE MINOR CHILDREN
- All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a paying adult. This is not a chaperoned trip.
- Not recommended for young children unless they can sit still and pay attention for 90 minutes.
RE FOOD
- You may bring a lunch and/or snacks to eat on the bus. Nothing too messy, please. No alcohol. We are not providing food or drink for you.
RE PARKING/BUS
- If you are leaving your car at Yocum for the day, park in the lower lot.
- The bus is equipped with a restroom and AC.
- If anyone misses the returning bus, they are responsible for their own transportation back to Reading. BE PROMPT.
- Do not leave valuable items on the bus.
RE PERFORMANCE IN GENERAL
- No photography or recording permitted during the performance.
- Backpacks may be taken, but must be left on the bus. They are not permitted inside the building. There is a security check at all entrances.
- If you leave the premises between arrival at the Kimmel and concert start time, we are not responsible if you miss the start of the concert.
RE TICKETS
- Your ticket(s) is/are not reserved until payment is received. You will receive email confirmation upon receipt of payment.
NO REFUNDS …
- No refunds will be given to those who have been accepted for the trip and cancel after April 1, 2024.
- No refunds to anyone who travels to or from Philadelphia on their own.
