Hi Everyone,
We had a wonderful time at our end of year meeting. Dr. Mike D’Errico of Albright College led a workshop on “Technology in the Studio”. He discussed ways to optimize Zoom and to use our phones for video recordings with details about staging, lighting, and controling accoustics. He even gave us tips on how to market our events and list on You Tube. I feel like we barely scatched the surface on this topic and we look forward to Mike returning with another workshop.
We also reviewed our events of the year and discussed ways to improve them such as earlier registration for our festivals to compensate for non members registering and increasing our estimates. This would give us more time to find extra judges if needed.
Only a few students participated in Musical Bridges this year, but we felt that there would be more participants if we simplified the requirements.
The 2022-2024 Officers were voted in:

Treasurer: Jennifer Frecon-Smith
Immediate Past President: Barbara Lanza
