Greetings, Colleagues!
BREAKFAST MEET: Our next Breakfast Meet is Friday, December 15, 9:00 am at Wyomissing Family Restaurant. You can still respond HERE if you’d like to join us; or just shoot me an email. Having a head count helps me determine if I’ll need to call ahead to reserve a table. This gathering isn’t just for RMTA members, so bring a friend!
STUDENT EVENTS: Our next student event is the Spring Festival March 9/10, 2024 at Immanuel UCC. Any type of music is permitted. Memory encouraged
but not a requirement for participation. Visit the website for details and registration information. We made one slight revision regarding scores: we’re returning to the pre-covid standard of requiring original publisher’s scores for the judges. Also, the comment sheet has been simplified so we have one format for all instruments and voice.
PARTNERS IN MUSIC: Still looking for more participants! If you need ideas, give me a call. Participants do not have to be RMTA members as we’re making this a community event. The information is attached to this newsletter again. Please share!
RMF SCHOLARSHIP AUDITIONS: RMF has posted their 2024 scholarship audition information: March 16/17 for pre-college and April 14 for college.
Application deadline is January 26, 2024.
